Cost Accounting

The Cost Accounting section prepares and negotiates the University’s facilities and administrative (F&A) cost and fringe benefit rate proposals. It also prepares and maintains the University’s Cost Accounting Disclosure Statement. In addition it prepares and files the annual Federal OMB Circular A-133 audit report and the SNJ OMB Circular 04-04 audit report.
